👋Welcome to Ontologic

Overview

Ontologic is a platform to help researchers manage and analyze their data. Our mission is to make it easier to do high-quality, reproducible science, and our platform is designed to empower bioinformaticians, data scientists, and computational biologists to focus on the analysis-level code, not computational infrastructure.

Our container-based environment management system streamlines the process of building, running, and scaling bio pipelines across teams in your organization.

You can use an Ontologic Workspaces to develop your tools, custom data pipelines, and analyses in a low-cost environment, then when you're ready, seamlessly add as much compute power as needed to run your workflows.

When you're happy with an analysis script, you can use our Ontologic Tools feature to package it into a no-code, web-based app that can be run from anywhere without additional coding or installation needed, and can be easily shared with your collaborators.
